Accommodation Options

For students attending our Hangzhou Center Mandarin Capital can or will arrange housing for you based on your preference. Options are as follows:

Monthly accommodation prices range from 2000 to 6000 RMB and all housing options are located close to the school. Specific locations and prices can be discussed after you application is processed.

Price: 1,200-4,000 (RMB) per week; utilities not covered

Choices of private apartments vary from studio to multi-room, depending on your preference. For specific questions about different private room styles, please inquire with Mandarin Capital directly.

Price: 770 (RMB) per week; utilities not covered

A three bedroom shared apartment where your roommates are also attending Mandarin Capital.

Home Stay

Price: 840 (RMB) per week

For total immersion in a Chinese-speaking environment, you may want to stay with a host family. All our host families are carefully selected and enjoy living and communicating with our students. In a family, students will live a local Chinese lifestyle, and learn and speak Chinese in a real life setting. They will have a single room in the host family.

Hotel or hostels are also selectable if for whatever reason you do not want to live in an apartment. There are numerous selections around the school.
